SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING
We typically ship all items within 1-2 business day, but sometimes it may take 5-10 days to process orders. If an order is delayed over 5 days for any reason we will do our best to inform our customers of such changes. We do our best to fill orders as fast as possible in the order received. We ship the majority of our products through USPS, but we occasionally ship through FEDEX or UPS, as needed. It is not uncommon for USPS orders to take 1-2 weeks to arrive. Larger orders are shipped through FedEx Home/Ground Delivery or UPS Home/Ground. Either way, we immediately send a tracking number, upon order fulfillment, for each order received. We don't require a signature for delivery, but we can do so upon request. Please feel free to inquire with us about estimated shipping times of specific items before ordering. We will do our best to accommodate specific shipping requests. If you do not receive your purchased item within a 2 week timeframe, then please contact us via the purchased location contact form which uses the order number for the item.

Shipping prices vary based upon quantity of items shipped, purchase location, and/or weight of the package.
Return & Exchange Policy
There are no returns allowed due to the nature of the product.
REFUNDS
Refunds may be considered based upon the reason requested, decision, and approval of Butterfly Collections Empire. Go to the contact us section and fill out the form. State the reason for the refund request and include the order number. We will proceed based upon the evidence, reasons, and approval of Butterfly Collections Empire management.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a product that is damaged please take the following steps to ensure a smooth resolution:
1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
2. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, including your order details and the photos.
3. Our team will assist you with the return or exchange process to rectify the situation.
