  • When will I receive my products?
    We typically ship all items within 1-2 business day, but sometimes it may take 5-10 days to process orders. If an order will be delayed over 5 days for any reason we will do our best to inform our customers of such changes. We do our best to fill orders as fast as possible in the order received. We ship our products through UPS or USPS, but we occasionally ship through FEDEX, as needed. USPS do seem to take longer than FedEx or UPS to receive. It is not uncommon for USPS orders to take 1-2 weeks to arrive. Larger product orders are shipped through FedEx Home/Ground Delivery or UPS Home/Ground. We don't require a signature for delivery, but we can do so upon request. Please feel free to inquire with us about estimated shipping times of specific items before ordering. We will do our best to accommodate specific shipping requests.
  • How can I return my product?
    There are no returns allowed due to the nature of the product.
  • How can I get a refund?
    Refunds may be considered based upon the reason requested, decision, and approval of Butterfly Collections Empire. Go to the contact us section and fill out the form. State the reason for the refund request and the order number. We will proceed based upon the evidence and reason.
  • Can I buy in bulk or wholesale?
    Go to the contact us page and fill out the form. Mention that you would like to buy in bulk or wholesale. Please provide as much information about your inquiry as possible. We will be in contact with you shortly afterwards.
  • Can I customize a package order?
    Yes. Go to the contact us page and provide the details of how you would like to customize your package. You will reveive a customized package quote directly to the provided email address.
  • Can a lost E-Gift Card be replaced?
    The card value can be used if you have or remember the e-gift card code or id and the card has not expired.
